Innovation and Digital Development Agency was established as a public legal entity under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, based on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated October 11, 2021. The Agency is dedicated to organizing activities in the field of digital transformation in the country, fostering the local innovation environment, and strengthening the ecosystem.

The Agency focuses on conducting experimental research in nuclear science and technology, supporting innovative research and projects (startups) of both individuals and legal entities. Our priorities include facilitating access to modern technologies and technological solutions, ensuring ICT education and career opportunities in the country, and implementing the establishment and organization of a digital government and digital society.
