Number of Daily Passenger Trips by Metro Station in 2025.

This dataset reflects the daily number of passenger trips by metro stations in 2025. Passenger trips are recorded based on the validation of transport cards as well as NFC-based contactless payment instruments, including those made via mobile phones and other electronic devices, at metro station entry turnstiles. At present, passengers are not required to re-validate at exit turnstiles. Therefore, the dataset is compiled solely on the basis of entry records and does not include passenger exits or origin–destination travel patterns. The data represents station-level entry intensity only and should not be interpreted as a complete passenger journey chain. Data update frequency – once per month. Geographic coverage – Baku city. Participants – “K Group” LLC (BakuKart). Columns: Date - date given in day.month.year format, Station - Baku Metro stations, Daily number of departures - Total number of passenger departures that occurred on a given day and station.
